Tools for Rack48

Rack48, 2025 to 2026
Since 2025, we have built tools for Rack48 for music creators and creator campaigns, from campaign management to local speech recognition.
- Influencer Suite (2025): Campaign management for brands and labels, with tracking and evaluation per creator.
- Artist Tools (2026): Contract management with split definitions and royalty tracking for artists and labels, payouts via Stripe.
- VoxKey (2026): Push-to-talk speech recognition for Windows: hold the key combination and speak, and the text appears at the cursor. The Parakeet speech model runs locally on the computer, and the installer is 1.8 MB.

Server analysis and migration plan

Rack48, 2026

Inventory of Rack48’s hosting server, without changing anything on the running system: seven applications, four services, network, certificates, data and backups, and how everything fits together. Plus a risk assessment and a plan for moving to separate deployments per project.
Digitalisation roadmap and staff survey

Nidec Graessner, 2026. Ongoing
For Nidec Graessner, we wrote a digitalisation roadmap in nine phases and built a survey app in which staff answer once, using a personal link and access code.
- Survey app (2026): Three separate surveys for staff, one-to-one interviews and department heads, with an admin dashboard, CSV export and paper forms with QR code.
- On-site audit (2026): Inventory with observation in the business, individual interviews, lead interviews and a record of existing systems; in preparation.

PAXPICTURES, 2026. In progress, not yet live at paxpictures.de

New website for a content marketing and video production agency from Castrop-Rauxel. The agency maintains texts, images and videos itself in the content management system, without cookies and without requests to third-party servers.
