The task
Before every show, a touring production clarifies dozens of details with the promoter: schedule, stage, hotel, transfers, technical requirements. This usually happens over email, WhatsApp and Excel sheets. Kevin Meyer and Berkant Ihtiyar know this from life on tour. Together with them, we founded Advancing Buddy.
What we built
- One workspace per show: crew, schedule, travel, hotel, rider and files in one place.
- A questionnaire link for promoters. They fill it in without creating an account.
- Travel plans as PDF and import from Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive.
- Subscriptions with a trial period and payment via Stripe.
What it achieved
Advancing Buddy is in testing, with access by invitation. We build and run it ourselves, and a company of its own with the co-founders is in preparation.
